Whenever I ask our employees what they look forward to when they come to work each day, the number one answer is “the people.” The positive impact that we have on one another is what makes us who we are. We are committed to hiring talented people who value collaboration and support their teammates.
The number two answer is the challenge of the work they do. We are a bunch of “doers.” Every day brings a new opportunity to dig in and figure something out – whether it’s in a spreadsheet, on a building site, or in an AC unit. We are always finding ways to stretch ourselves as a company, and we love knowing that our employees feel the same way.
