800 North High was developed in the heart of the Short North in downtown Columbus, Ohio, amid a buzz of restaurants, shops, galleries and a wide mix of housing options. This mixed-use building was the first foray into downtown Columbus development for Crawford Hoying.

Westmont at The Lane, the second phase of the award-winning development, The Lane, was acquired by Crawford Hoying in 2018. The land was originally purchased by another party looking to develop it, but then ran into issues involving the neighborhood; thus leading to the failure of getting the project off the ground. Due to Crawford Hoying’s experience with developing other properties within Upper Arlington, the company reached out for support.

Crawford Hoying partnered with North Market to develop a brand new 35,000 SF public market located in the City of Dublin at Bridge Park.

Crawford Hoying worked closely with public and private stakeholders as well as local residents to redevelop this 5.5-acre site on Lane Avenue in the heart of Upper Arlington - one of Ohio’s oldest and more affluent suburbs located near downtown Columbus at the western edge of The Ohio State University. The resulting, award-winning development, The Lane, was the first vertically-integrated mixed-use project of its kind in the City of Columbus and went on to serve as a model for many others within the decade that followed.

Crawford Hoying partnered with Shaner Hotel Group to develop, build and operate a 150-room AC Hotel by Marriott at Bridge Park in downtown Dublin, Ohio.

Crawford Hoying, in partnership with Shaner Hotels, developed the TownePlace Suites Hotel Columbus North-OSU, a 119-key Marriott hotel at Westmont at The Lane. Located in the vibrant Lane Avenue corridor in the heart of Upper Arlington, the TownePlace Suites offers spacious suites equipped with full kitchens, home offices and a separate living space, all within walking distance of numerous dining and retail establishments.

In 2017, Crawford Hoying worked with Shaner Hotels to develop the Home2 Suites by Hilton Columbus in downtown Dublin, Ohio.

Crawford Hoying, Brackett Builders and Woodard Development partnered together on the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott hotel, located in Water Street District near RiverScape Metro Park and the Dayton Dragons stadium.

Crawford Hoying and Brackett Builders partnered with hotel operator, Shaner Hotels, on the development and construction of a 145-key SpringHill Suites by Marriott Columbus Dublin Hotel at Bridge Park in Dublin, Ohio.

Crawford Hoying developed The Exchange Events Center in the southernmost-corner of Dublin’s Bridge Park neighborhood. The Exchange is a Cameron Mitchell Premier Events-operated venue that accommodates up to 500 guests for plated events with additional capacity for cocktail receptions and other large-scale gatherings (800+ people).
