  • Construction Management Company Relocating to Downtown Dayton

    Brackett Builders Inc. (Brackett) announced today its plan to relocate its corporate headquarters from Troy, Ohio to downtown Dayton in Water Street District. The full service general contractor and construction management company will occupy 5,500 SF of office space at 424 E. First Street. The mixed-use building, called Madison on First, will also include 11,000 SF of retail/restaurant space and 3,900 SF of patio/plaza space. Madison on First will be prominently located within Water Street, adjacent to RiverScape MetroPark and the Day Air Ballpark, home of the Dayton Dragons.
