DAYTON, OHIO - Crawford Hoying’s newest residential property, Stratford House, pays homage to the City of Dayton in a historic way. Formerly known as First Place Luxury Apartments, the newly branded “Stratford House” offers residents a glimpse into the past while living in the present with newly renovated 2 and 3-bedroom floor plan units. Stratford House is ideally located at 330 West First Street in downtown Dayton and features remarkable views of the city and Great Miami River.

Brackett Builders Inc. (Brackett) announced today its plan to relocate its corporate headquarters from Troy, Ohio to downtown Dayton in Water Street District. The full service general contractor and construction management company will occupy 5,500 SF of office space at 424 E. First Street. The mixed-use building, called Madison on First, will also include 11,000 SF of retail/restaurant space and 3,900 SF of patio/plaza space. Madison on First will be prominently located within Water Street, adjacent to RiverScape MetroPark and the Day Air Ballpark, home of the Dayton Dragons.

Crawford Hoying announced today their purchase of the expansive Mendelson building located at 340 East First Street in downtown Dayton, Ohio. Previously home to Mendelsons Liquidation Outlet, the more than 550,000 square foot, eight-story building will be the newest addition to the Water Street District.

Water Street District is excited to announce its first family-friendly “Party at the Plaza” series this summer. Hosted in partnership with Dayton Dragons and presented by Water Street District, this free community event will take place on Friday, April 28 from 5:30-7:30pm in the plaza outside of Day Air Ballpark prior to the Dragons taking on the Lake County Captains. Crawford Hoying is excited to announce its development of a 1.3 million SF distribution facility for The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company). Constructed by Contegra Construction, the new building is located in Marysville, Ohio, within two miles of ScottsMiracle-Gro’s headquarters and primary manufacturing plant. This building will enhance capacity and distribution capabilities for the company.

The Dublin Market at Bridge Park, presented by The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, is back for its sixth season.
