In 2022, Crawford Hoying acquired The Banks development in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. Situated on the banks of the Ohio River, The Banks is a vibrant neighborhood, ideally located in one of the most desirable areas in downtown. Positioned between The Great American Ball Park (home of MLB’s Cincinnati Reds), Paycor Stadium (NFL’s Cincinnati Bengals) and the Andrew J. Brady Icon Music Center, The Banks is directly adjacent to the Central Business District and within walking distance of the corporate headquarters for Procter & Gamble, Kroger, Fifth Third Bank, Western & Southern Financial Group and GE Aviation.

The two major assets acquired by Crawford Hoying at The Banks are Current at The Banks and Radius at The Banks. Each offers hundreds of residential units and extensive ground floor retail/restaurant space. While under previous ownership, the commercial and residential components were managed separately by two different companies. Crawford Hoying’s mixed-use expertise provided an opportunity to consolidate the management, resulting in increased efficiencies and overall total value.
