Water Street District Welcomes The FH Event Center

DAYTON, OH-Crawford Hoying is excited to announce the opening of The FH Event Center in Water Street District in downtown Dayton. The FH Event Center is owned and operated by the same individuals that brought 1Eleven Flavor House, a hip Caribbean restaurant full of flavor, to Dayton.

“With the AC Hotel by Marriott Dayton opening in March, the concept and close proximity of The FH Event Center will make for a great addition to Water Street District,” said Matt Starr, Executive Vice President of Commercial Real Estate and Leasing at Crawford Hoying, the owner and developer of Water Street District.

The FH Event Center is located at 312 N. Patterson Boulevard, previously occupied by Basil’s, which is less than a mile away from 1Eleven Flavor House and within walking distance of the numerous hotels, restaurants and entertainment that Water Street District has to offer.

The FH Event Center serves as a multi-functioning modern facility with indoor and outdoor spaces that can accommodate parties up to 125 guests. The open floor plan of the indoor space covers 4,800 SF and houses a main room with a large bar area, fully-functioning kitchen and a stunning bridal suite. Meanwhile, the 2,000 SF of outdoor space is equally as impressive with its stunning views of the Great Miami River.
