Dublin Planning and Zoning Commission Approves The Bailey at Bridge Park, A Luxury Senior Rental Housing Concept

The City of Dublin Planning and Zoning Commission has approved construction of The Bailey at Bridge Park, a luxury senior rental housing community set to open in late 2023.

The first senior living community in the 30-acre mixed-use Bridge Park development, The Bailey is apartnership between real estate developer Crawford Hoying and Friendship Village of Dublin, central Ohio’s premier senior living community.

“We’re excited to mark another milestone in our 40-year history of providing exceptional senior living services,” said Rita Doherty, Executive Director of Friendship Village of Dublin. “This 87-apartment community will be our fifth residential option for independent living.”

Located just south of the new Springhill Suites Hotel between Dale Drive and Mooney Street, The Bailey at Bridge Park will offer a variety of luxury senior living rental options on five floors, with an underground parking garage for easy in-and-out access. The Bailey’s well-appointed, move-in-ready apartments in a pet-friendly, smoke-free building offer right-sized living in an upscale, walkable social setting.
