DUBLIN, OHIO (July 13, 2021) - Senior living community, Friendship Village of Dublin, and developer, Crawford Hoying, announced today their plans to bring a new senior rental housing concept to Bridge Park in downtown Dublin, Ohio. Friendship Village’s newest residential option, The Bailey at Bridge Park by Friendship Village of Dublin (The Bailey), will be located just south of the newly opened Springhill Suites Hotel between Dale Drive and Mooney Street. The Bailey will offer a variety of rental options to the senior community and is slated to open in fall 2023.

This $40-million investment will not only provide a new residential option at Bridge Park, but it will also fill a gap in the senior-living market.
