Apricot Lane Boutique to Bring Retail Franchise to Dublin, Ohio
DUBLIN, OHIO - Apricot Lane Boutique (Apricot Lane), a fashion-forward women’s apparel and accessories franchise, has announced their newest location at Bridge Park in Dublin, Ohio. Apricot Lane will occupy 2,300 SF at 4501 Bridge Park Avenue and is expected to open in June 2019. The storefront will be located in between Local Cantina and Anthony Vince Nail Spa.
“When expanding, we always look for locations that are rooted in a sense of community,” said Ken Peterson, CEO of Apricot Lane. “With residents, office-users and visitors flocking to this area, the vibrancy that Bridge Park offers is an ideal setting for our newest boutique location. We are so excited to be a part of the progress happening in Dublin.”
Each Apricot Lane location creates a different shopping encounter that captures the look and vibe of the local area. The Apricot Lane location at Bridge Park will offer fashionable finds including apparel, jewelry, accessories, gifts, handbags and more based on the style habits of the Dublin community. At the Dublin location, you can expect to find modern-contemporary apparel for all ages.
Patti Mockler, Dublin storefront owner, has worked in the retail industry for 20+ years and has always been intrigued by its ever-evolving tendencies. After her time in the corporate side of the retail business, she has a newfound appreciation for the uniqueness that Apricot Lane provides to its customers. “Each time the customer enters the store it should leave a positive impression.” Patti said. “I chose Bridge Park because it has become a focal point for the future of a high-quality living experience. This is a great opportunity to be on the forefront of retail coming to the district.”
At Apricot Lane, giving back to the local community is a large focus. Since each store is independently owned and operated, the franchise is encouraged to get involved in causes they are passionate about in their respective communities. Patti would like to get involved with local veteran-support organizations and retail-focused philanthropic organizations as well.
“The importance of local will always be held high in Bridge Park,” said Bob Hoying, Principal at Crawford Hoying. “Apricot Lane complements this vision and we’re ready to welcome them to the neighborhood."
Apricot Lane is the latest retailer to join the Bridge Park development, which is home to Alma Mater, zerOz wallets, Kilwins, Anthony Vince Nail Spa and Bend Active. To request more information on commercial leasing, visit www.bridge-park.com/commercial or call 614.333.6415.
