The Commercial Property Manager is responsible for the financial and operational success of assigned commercial properties (office, industrial, and retail) by controlling costs and budgets, maintaining excellent tenant relations, and maximizing the potential of each property through quality control and operations management.

The Service Technician performs various corrective and preventive maintenance duties and special projects to maintain and enhance Crawford Hoying’s residential properties. Duties include, but are not limited to, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and grounds maintenance.

The Commercial Real Estate Leasing Coordinator provides marketing support and administrative support to the Commercial Real Estate and Leasing Department. Because the team members and department leadership are often engaged in business outside the office, the candidate must be a self starter who is comfortable taking charge with limited direct supervision. This position interacts with numerous internal and external customers on a regular basis.

The Vice President of Real Estate Development is responsible for advocating Crawford Hoying’s best interests while overseeing construction projects through each phase of development. An in-depth understanding of construction practices and an ability to quickly assess structures to ensure that specifications are being met is essential to this role.

The Quality Control Technician is responsible for ensuring that all areas of a property are functioning properly and meet the company’s established standard of care. This individual will patrol the property regularly to identify maintenance and custodial matters in need of immediate attention. Depending upon the issue at hand, the Quality Control Technician will either address the matter themselves or will notify the tenant or other concerned party to resolve the issue.

The Commercial Tenant Specialist creates and maintains a positive experience for tenants by acting as a liaison between the property manager, the owner, and the tenant. This role works within Bridge Park’s property management function to perform professional duties to support tenant services; to coordinate assigned activities with other divisions, departments, and local city groups; and to provide analytical support to the Commercial Leasing team.
