The Events Specialist assists in the planning and execution of events and programming across the Crawford Hoying portfolio. Responsibilities will be vast in nature, ranging from large-scale event support in Bridge Park and Water Street District, to smaller-scale activations at North Market Bridge Park and community resident events. The ideal candidate will be highly professional, with excellent communication, time management, organizational and problem-solving skills. Evening and weekend work is required.

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing apartment homes and maintaining a high level of occupancy in an assigned residential community. The Leasing Consultant responds to all rental inquires by utilizing appropriate sales techniques, marketing plans, and approved marketing material. Crawford Hoying is dedicated to exceptional customer service, and this employee is expected to use customer service as a guiding principle when interacting with residents, guests, and coworkers, and when handling challenging situations.

The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for ensuring that all areas of a property are functioning properly and meet the company’s established standard of care. This individual will patrol the property regularly to identify maintenance and custodial matters in need of immediate attention. Depending upon the issue at hand, the Quality Control Technician will either address the matter themselves or will notify the tenant or other concerned party to resolve the issue. Customer service is a significant component of this position, and this individual is expected to complete duties in a manner that meets or exceeds the standards set by Crawford Hoying.

The Assistant Vice President of Asset Management evaluates hotel asset performance and is responsible for executing on the business plan to drive maximum asset value. This position advises on ways to maximize revenues, create operational efficiencies, and maintain the physical asset. This individual is foremost responsible for advocating Crawford Hoying’s best interests with third-party hotel management teams. In addition, this role evaluates asset performance for potential acquisition and disposition as well as all capital needs or opportunities.

The Senior Lease Accountant is responsible for managing the company’s end-to-end lease accounting process, from lease setup and administration through compliance of lease terms. This role oversees lease classification, measurement, and financial reporting, ensures accurate and timely disclosure of lease-related balances, partners with cross-functional teams on new and amended leases, and supports internal controls, audit, and technical accounting requirements related to the lease portfolio. This position requires keen attention to detail, strong technical accounting judgment, and excellent communication skills, as this individual works across all lines of business.

The Operations Coordinator supports the daily operations of the North Market Bridge Park office and marketplace. This position serves as a primary point of contact for visitors, merchants, vendors, and guests while ensuring the efficient coordination of administrative, operational, and facility-related activities. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming environment, supporting special events, managing office operations, and assisting leadership with various projects and initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

The Office Assistant oversees the general administrative function of the corporate office. This position has both routine and non-routine duties, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and serving as a point of contact for day-to-day issues affecting the office. A highly professional tone, appearance, and manner is both expected and required, including appropriate communication in person and while on the phone. Duties vary in scope, requiring significant judgment and experience to successfully accomplish tasks with limited direct supervision.
