Service Technician - French Run
The Service Technician performs various corrective and preventive maintenance duties and special projects to maintain and enhance Crawford Hoying’s residential properties. Quality Control Technician - Greenhouse
The Quality Control Technician is responsible for ensuring that all areas of a property are functioning properly and meet the company’s established standard of care. This individual will patrol the property regularly to identify maintenance and custodial matters in need of immediate attention. Leasing Consultant - The Delco
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing apartment homes and maintaining a high level of occupancy in an assigned residential community. The Leasing Consultant responds to all rental inquires by utilizing appropriate sales techniques, marketing plans, and approved marketing material. Office Assistant - Wright State Student Housing
The Office Assistant serves as the first point of contact for resident calls, emails, requests and problem solving. This position has both routine and non-routine duties. A highly professional tone, appearance, and manner is both expected and required, including appropriate communication in person and while on the phone.
