Brackett Builders has been hired as the Construction Manager and General Contractor on the new dual branded Fairfield Inn/TownePlace Suites hotel at 3005 Vandercar Way in Oakley, Ohio - just outside of Cincinnati. The hotel, which is being developed by Doug Steinke and S&S Management, will be five stories tall and will feature 117 keys. Construction is slated to begin in January 2023.

Previous project experience between S&S Management, Doug Steinke and Brackett includes a TownePlace Suites in Wilmington, a Holiday Inn Express in Troy and a Homewood Suites in Upper Arlington, Ohio.
