The Heights at Worthington Place

160 West Wilson Bridge Road

The Heights at Worthington Place is a mixed-use suburban infill project located at The Shops at Worthington Place, an existing mall that is home to many local and national shops and restaurants. Crawford Hoying developed an underutilized parking area at the mall into two, five-story buildings which includes structured parking, luxury rental units and office space. The site’s premier location provides a unique combination of walkable convenience and unparalleled access to major freeways.

The Ohio State University occupies all of the office space at The Heights at Worthington Place. Property residents enjoy access to a private courtyard, an elevated pool deck and rooftop terrace with gorgeous sunset views overlooking a nearby river valley. More than a dozen restaurants from fast casual to fine dining, a grocery and other retail shops including Talbots, Orvis and others are located only steps away.

The cost of structured parking was subsidized through a public-private-partnership agreement with the local municipality, the City of Worthington, Ohio, an affluent first-ring suburb of Columbus.
