800 North High

800 North High Street

800 North High was developed in the heart of the Short North in downtown Columbus, Ohio, amid a buzz of restaurants, shops, galleries and a wide mix of housing options. This mixed-use building was the first foray into downtown Columbus development for Crawford Hoying.

The 10-story building was designed with special attention to detail in order to commemorate the surrounding area, and includes numerous outdoor spaces and an abundance of windows with stunning views. Located at the corner of High and Hubbard Streets, the fun and eclectic Moxy by Marriott Hotel features original art pieces and a grand staircase opens up to a second floor lobby and bar. Highly acclaimed restaurant and bar, Townhall, is prominently situated on the ground floor of the building along High Street. Mandrake - the recently opened rooftop bar and restaurant at 800 North High - features panoramic views of downtown and Short North. The building also offers three floors of fully leased class A office space, retail space and in-building valet parking which adds a level of convenience not readily available in downtown Columbus.
